Stand outside the Chaos Temple west of Goblin Village and Telegrab the wine from the altar table, hopping worlds between spawns. Very competitive on busy worlds; the Wilderness temple upstairs has more spawns but is risky.

- Note: Telekinetic Grab needed; the monks attack if you pick the wine up by hand. World hopping assumed.
