Steal from the gem stall and hop worlds while it restocks. Output is an expected uncut gem per theft; guards and the stall's slow respawn cap the rate.

- Note: Ardougne market gem stall (or the Prifddinas stall after Song of the Elves). Stall respawn is the limiting factor; world hopping helps
